SDL Auctions North West proving popular in Liverpool

A smart terraced house in Liverpool that would make an ideal buy-to-let investment is going under the hammer in the next SDL Auctions North West auction in Manchester on 24 May.

The two bedroomed property is the latest lot from Liverpool that SDL Auctions has attracted to one of its auctions, with several other properties also sold at the neighbouring SDL Auctions Cheshire & North Wales auctions in Chester recently.

The mid-terraced house at 30 Broadwood Street in Liverpool is close to numerous schools including Lawrence Community Primary school and comes with a *guide price of £50,000 to £60,000.

Andy Thompson, senior valuer at SDL Auctions North West, said: “This is an attractive property that could be a superb addition to someone’s rental portfolio.

“It’s in a desirable location, with Liverpool Aquatics centre and other attractions nearby, and has excellent transport links to Liverpool city centre.

“We’re pleased to see yet another Liverpool property on our books, as we’ve had several others from the city doing well at our sister auction in Chester, and this suggests that we are steadily spreading into Liverpool which is nicely sandwiched between the two auctions.”

Properties from Liverpool that have been successfully sold in SDL Auctions Cheshire & Wales auctions included the desirable Apartment 30 in the Malmaison Apartments on the dockside, which sold for £90,000 earlier this year.

The latest Liverpool house will join dozens of other lots in SDL Auctions North West auction at 6.30pm on Thursday 24 May at the AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester, and details of all lots can be viewed in the auction catalogue.
