Balance at SDL Property Auctions is all about redefining the way we do things, offering our people a great experience wherever we are working, and balancing home and work lives to enable us to be the best version of ourselves!

Balance is our new hybrid way of working, giving us choice in how we want to work. We combine working from home and working from the office to help you get the balance that will enable you to be your best.

Giving back

We make it easy to give to charity by providing salary sacrifice schemes that make your donations go further, and we donate the pennies from our salary to Rainbows Hospice for young people, a charity chosen by our people.

We also recognise that giving your time is just as important, so we offer two paid days off per year for you to volunteer for a charitable cause close to your heart.

Current Vacancies

Auctions Assistant

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth and effective service for all customers, ensuring that compliance is adhered to at all times. Ensure that properties can ‘go live’ as soon as possible and that the post auction paperwork is sent in a timely and professional manner, by working closely with the Sales Team. With support from the Operations Manager you will provide an efficient and effective administrative support to the auctions team, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and that the quality of service is excellent. You will be proactive, professional, organised and have an energetic can-do attitude. You will benefit from a hybrid way of working as you work from the office 3 days a week and your home 2 days a week.
