The UK’s number one live-streamed property auctioneer, SDL Property Auctions, has reported a spectacular September with 500 lots going under the hammer and an impressive £22m raised in sales.

A number of commercial properties also sold well in the auction including 102 High Street in Erdington. This mixed use investment opportunity is let and producing £25,200pa and sold for £292,000.
SDL Property Auctions also hosted auctions for Knight Frank and Shepherd Commercial Surveyors in its auction studio in September where an impressive £7m was secured for their customers.
Andrew Parker, Managing Director and Auctioneer at SDL Property Auctions, said: “It’s been a fantastic September for SDL Property Auctions, with over 500 lots going under the hammer. This follows on from our remarkable few months prior, too, including last month where we held our biggest ever auction. We’re endlessly proud of the way we can continue to support our customers and generate some excellent sale prices for properties up and down the country.”
The last few months have been an abundance of success for SDL Property Auctions, with repeated record numbers of lots offered at auction.
