Andrew Parker, director at Graham Penny Auctions, commented: “We’re half way through our 2015 auction calendar now and we’ve already topped £15m in sales in Derby – three times more than our nearest competitors in the city.

“With the property market continuing to strengthen we’re looking forward to a great second half to the year, starting with our July auction – on a Tuesday this time – in which we have some excellent investment lots for sale.”

Amongst the entries to the July auction is:

  • 2D Henry Street in Derby – a storage/workshop unit in Five Lamps on Henry Street with a guide price of £40,000+.
