The property was believed to have been constructed in 1950 and has curved art deco style bay windows.  The accommodation is generous and has the benefit of gas central heating.  There is ample space for extensions subject to any necessary planning, and with two drives it is considered that the rear garden may hold some development potential, also subject to planning.  No enquiries have been made of the local planning authority and interested parties should make their own approach.

There are generous sized gardens to side and rear, and the side boundary wall also incorporates a hand-gate.  Behind the house is a paved patio with an external water tap.  Area of lawn with flower beds and borders, internal conifer hedge screen with a substantial area of outer garden also having lawn with flower borders and hydrangeas.

At the end of the rear garden is a gated drive providing further ample parking space and potential for additional garaging, workshops as desired.  It is also considered that space may exist for a further dwelling but as previously commented enquiries need to be made of the local planning authority.  Small timber garden shed.
