The approach from Derby is via the A38 dual carriageway heading north. As the A38 reaches the M1 continue straight ahead as signposted for Sutton in Ashfield. Continue along this road and the site will be found on the left hand side as denoted by our sale board.

The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the offices of the auctioneers and vendors solicitors/licensed conveyancers seven days prior to sale and the purchaser shall be deemed to have knowledge of same whether inspected or not.
