The approach from Derby is via Burton Road heading south out of the City centre.  At the traffic lights with the ringroad bear left onto the A5111 (the ringroad) and continue straight ahead at the roundabout until reaching the traffic lights.  Turn right into Sinfin Land and then take the second on the right into Kitchener Avenue and then the first left into Dryden Street.  Follow the road along and this eventually becomes Caxton Street where upon the property is situated on the left hand side as denoted by our ‘For Sale by Auction' sign.
