Commencing at 11.30 am

DRAFT DETAILS

With vehicular access situated adjoining the Church Hall, and adjoining 16 Moira Road, an opportunity to acquire an area of rear land which lies adjacent to a current residential development scheme and has it's own vehicular access (subject to rights of way in favour of others) but containing six lock-up garages all of which are in hand.

The land had planning permission for two detached bungalows with garages but this has now lapsed. It is considered that there may be some prospect of future residential development but interested parties should make their own enquiries of the local planning authority.
