coded 08/00870/FUL, and the appeal reference is APP/P1045/A/09/2112282.  A copy of the drawings attached to it are

Directions

From Crown Square in the centre of Matlock proceed up Bank Road,
taking a left hand turn onto Smedley Street.
Thereafter take the fourth turning on the right into Far Green and
continue over Jackson Road, parking shortly thereafter in the cul-de-sac.  Where the road terminates and becomes a
public footpath, the plot will be found on the right hand side, accessed via
the footpath behind Jackson Tor House linking through to Jackson Tor Road.

NOTE 

Viewers are
advised not to access the site via Jackson Tor Road on account of lack of
turning space.
