Property Description

DRAFT DETAILS ONLY.

Situated on the fringe of the village at the far end of Duck Street, an opportunity to acquire a parcel of amenityagricultural land extending to about 1.85 acres serviced by a very useful enclosed three bay barn with sliding doors to front with potential for other buildings subject to any necessary planning permission.

The buildings and yard area lie within the flood bank; the majority of the land lies outside it. It is served by an existing vehicular access, and the land would make an excellent pony paddock or other agricultural and amenity use.

Additional land may be available at a later date.

Directions

From the A38 at Y Pas garage, proceed into Egginton village. After crossing the hump back bridge take the first turning on the right into Duck Street and follow the land for some distance. Just after number 104 on the right hand side the road bends round to the left but proceed straight ahead and the entrance to the land will be found immediately on the right hand side. From this point Duck Street becomes Fishpond Lane.
