This considers "This site is potentially suitable for employment development, subject to consideration of detailed matters at planning application stage and compliance with Local Plan policy EC2 if developed during the current plan period. However this is all subject to achieving a satisfactory solution to the flooding situation, given that the functional floodplain runs down the western edge of the site. Further enquiries should be directed to the agent or the planning team at North West Leicestershire District Council. Prospective buyers are advised to make any other necessary independent enquiries before placing their bid, as this will be binding.
