The approach from Derby is via the A38 heading north until reaching the turning for Alfreton.  Bear left up the hill into Alfreton on the A61 and straight ahead at the traffic lights.  Continue on the A61 to the bottom of the hill turning right onto the B6025 towards Westhouses and Tibshelf.  In Westhouses bear right as signposted for Blackwell, continue through Blackwell on the road towards Newton.  On entering Newton on the Alfreton Road bear left onto the B6026 and then take the first turning on the left again into Hallfield Road.  Proceed along Hallfield Road until turning left onto Metro Avenue and then left again onto Manor Close.  The property will then be found on the right hand side as denoted by our for sale by auction board.
