From the Sutton in Ashfield or Stanton Hill direction proceed along Mansfield Road into the village of Skegby.  Within the old village area take a right hand turn (if approaching from the Sutton direction or a left hand turn if approaching from the Stanton Hill direction) into Old Lane, bearing right into Back Lane just after the left hand bend in the road.  Hilltop Farm entrance will be found immediately on the right hand side.  Purchasers should proceed to the mobile home visible from the driveway and which stands on part of the site concerned.
