The properties are situated in Stourton and any planning enquiries should be directed to Local Planning Authority, South Staffordshire Council.
We understand that a Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development (Reference: 14/00330/LUE) was confirmed by South Staffordshire Council on 17th June 2014 certifying the division of Stourton Court from one residential house with outbuildings to six residential units comprising three flats, mews house, coach house and the remaining main house and that all units have been self-contained since conversion was undertaken more than ten years ago. Of the above the Mews House and the Coach House are understood to form part of the properties comprising this Lot.
We further understand that Planning Permission (Reference 14/00413/FUL) for (i) Conversion of garage and stables to one self-contained dwelling with basement and ground floor extensions; (ii) single-storey extension to Coach House and (iii) internal alterations to Mews House was granted by South Staffordshire Council on 11th August 2014.
