The property comprises a two storey brick building under a pitched tile roof originally built as a co-operative store it is divided to provide three ground floor retail units with two flats above and a rear yard. Flat 111b is self contained and has a separate rear entrance whilst flat 107b is accessed directly from the ground floor retail area.
111 is a traditional butchers shop with ancillary stores, we have not been able to access 109 but understand that it is a restaurant, and 107 is a local café. Flat 107b and 111b are similar in layout and each comprise two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have not been able to access flat 111b.
