The premises have been a commercial unit for many years and the existing use could readily be retained, although a planning application has been submitted to Erewash Borough council for conversion into a two bedroomed dwelling.  The result of the application may not be known prior to completion but the sale of the property will be conditional upon a positive outcome, and completion in that event would be delayed for seven days after the decision date.
