Location

From the Duffield direction take the B
northwards to Wirksworth, continue straight ahead at the traffic lights at
Cowers Lane and on into the village of Idridgehay.  Within the village take the first right hand
turn onto Rood Lane, cross the railway line and follow the land round to the
right hand side where the property will be found on the right hand side after
about 100 yards.
