Directions

side. At the next cross-roads continue
straight ahead and continue into the village of Church Broughton. Passing the church on the right hand side,
continue to the T-junction which is Ashbourne Road and turn right. The access is the second turning on the left
(the first is Gorsty Fields Farm) and is signposted New Myers Farm but
identified by our sale board. Follow the
farm drive to a T-junction and turn left
which leads to the cottage.

The Conditions of Sale will
