Property Description

Situated on Mickleover Country Park, the sale of this freehold
single building plot with detailed planning consent approved for the erection
of a four bedroomed detached dwelling, represents a very rare opportunity for
the self-builder or developer to acquire a reasonably priced single building
plot in a much sought after location.

Detailed planning consent was approved by South Derbyshire
District Council on the 13th February 2012 under Reg No :
9/2011/1017/FM and if built in accordance with those approved plans the
property would comprise entrance hallway, fitted guest cloakroom, sitting room,
large dining kitchen, utility room; on the first floor there would be a master
bedroom with en-suite shower room, three further good sized bedrooms and a
family bathroom.  The property would have
an integral single garage and garden to the rear.

Mickleover is a popular area with an excellent range of amenities
available locally including shops, schools and leisure facilities.  The property is also situated within
approximately one mile of the Derby Royal Hospital and also the nearby A38
which provides swift onward travel to the north and south and other nearby
regional centres and the main motorway network via the A50 southern Derby
by-pass.
