Property Description:

We are delighted to present two cottages, Rinteln and Kinross. While they require some refurbishment, they possess remarkable potential to be restored to their original charm, featuring classic elements, a village setting, and a view of the village green.

Kinross is a semi-detached cottage with four bedrooms, located on the main road, offering front and side access. The front has been boarded up due to its previous use as a large walk-in butchers freezer. In summary, the property includes an entrance leading to the kitchen with ample understairs storage, a lounge with stairs to the first floor, four bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

Rinteln is a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage situated behind Kinross. In summary, this property features an entrance into a porch, a lounge with a charming fireplace, a kitchen with understairs storage and a separate cupboard for the meters. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Both cottages will have parking available at the rear; please refer to the legal pack for details.

Barrowby is a vibrant village equipped with local amenities, including a primary school, a public house, a local shop, and a butcher. The village is conveniently located near the A52 and A1, providing excellent road access, and is just a short drive from the market town of Grantham, where trains to Kings Cross can be reached in just over an hour.
