Farm Land

Property Description:

A freehold parcel of land, spanning approximately 0.98 acres, offers convenient roadside access, making it easily reachable for various uses, fenced throughout with a secure gate.

We understand the land is connected to mains water via a water trough found near the access gate (not verified). Prospective buyers are advised to make a viewing enquiry and any other necessary independent enquiries before placing their bid, as this will be binding.

The site is located in the Buckinghamshire countryside near the village of Steeple Claydon, this area offers a charming blend of rural tranquillity and convenient amenities.

Transport links in the area are highly practical, making it an excellent choice for commuters and travellers alike. The A41 and A421 provide straightforward road access to nearby towns such as Buckingham, Bicester, and Milton Keynes, while the M40 motorway is conveniently close for longer journeys.

We feel the site would suit a variety of uses such as agricultural, horse stables or storage. All subject to appropriate planning consent.

Note

Please be advised that the auctioneers have not personally inspected the land. Prospective buyers are advised to make a viewing enquiry and any other necessary independent enquiries before placing their bid, as this will be binding.

Tenure:

Freehold. Vacant possession upon completion.
