Property Description:

• Redevelopment opportunity with full planning permission to construct a new-build scheme of 22 apartments (18 x one-bedroom and 4 x two-bedroom units), following demolition of an existing part-built structure. Planning permission granted under two applications covering over 10,000 sq.ft in total: 22/01149/FULM and 20/01610/FULM. The completed scheme will include 9 parking spaces and cycle storage.

• City centre location close to Lichfield Train Station, with strong demand for new homes and rental apartments.

• Initial conversion works began in September 2020 and progressed to first floor level before ceasing in March 2021, when the contractor went into administration due to Covid. At the time, 12 apartments were agreed for sale at asking prices, demonstrating strong demand for entry-level and rental housing in Lichfield.

• The site has remained vacant since early 2021. Both planning applications have been implemented and remain valid, allowing construction to recommence following demolition of the existing structure.
