Property Description

The sale of this substantial 0.3 acre development site represents an excellent opportunity. Detailed planning consent was approved in January 2006 (Expiry January 2011) for the erection of six houses (3 pairs of semi's) all of a most attractive elevational design and comprising 2 x 3 bed properties and 4 x 2 bed properties. It is considered that the scheme could be amended to provide 6 x 3 bed properties (subject to any necessary approvals).

The site itself is broadly rectangular in shape and enjoys a 71 metre road frontage to Tattershall Road.

The site is located approximately half a mile to the North of Boston Town Centre which offers a broad range of amenities, including shops, schools and leisure facilities.

Planning Details

Detailed planning was approved for the six houses on appeal (reference APP/Z2502/A/05/1190791) - Boston Borough Council - 01205-314200.

Directions

The approach from Boston Town Centre is via the A52 heading West, turning right in to the A1137. Follow the A1137 along Fydell Street and then turn left in to Tattershall Road, follow the road along and after approximately 400 yards the site is situated on the left hand side as denoted by our for sale board.
