Location

The property fronts Sutton Road close to the junction with North Street. The car park is located on North Street and the access to the rear coach house is via a driveway from North Street. The units sit within a parade of local retailers with the general area being predominantly up market residential housing. There are new residential schemes in progress within the area due to the huge demand for local hosing. Mansfield town centre is approximately two miles away and Kings Mill Hospital approximately a mile away.
