SDL Auctions is one of the UK’s largest auction networks, offering both conditional and unconditional lots through in-room and online auctions.
We sell lots across the whole of the UK. In the West Midlands SDL Auctions Bigwood holds auctions at Villa Park in Birmingham, SDL Auctions Graham Penny covers the East Midlands with auctions at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, King Power Stadium in Leicester and Nottingham Racecourse. Holding auctions at the AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester is SDL Auctions North West and SDL Auctions Cheshire & North Wales covers the Chester and Wales region.
We market all of our properties online and via traditional print advertising, and create quality catalogues for every auction we hold, regardless of location.
This allows you to find all the information you could need about our auctions in one handy guide. Each catalogue for every auction features a range of residential and commercial properties and land lots.
So, whether you’re looking to find out what you’ll need to bring along on the day, what lots are being offered on the day, your bidder registration form or want to check something out in our FAQs, you’ll find it in our catalogue! We also provide important information such as the buyers fee, additional fees and means of deposit payment if you are successful.
The quality property auction catalogue is launched approximately four weeks before the auction and is available and distributed in print and electronically to our regional and national database. The list of all entered properties will be included in the catalogue but do ensure you check the addendum for any last-minute changes! A copy of this will also be available on the day of the auction. Our catalogues are also regularly sent to developers, property dealers and investors who are in a position to buy, and actively on the hunt for properties that they can add value to.
Regardless of whether a property is residential, commercial, mixed-use or land, it will be featured in our catalogues. The catalogue will also help you find all of the details you need for the property you’re interested in. This includes the property description, what the accommodation comprises, any auctioneer notes, the energy efficiency rating, the tenure, and whether the property will be vacant upon completion or tenanted. You will also be able to find details on how to arrange a viewing, as well as, most importantly, the guide price.
