Balance at SDL Property Auctions is all about redefining the way we do things, offering our people a great experience wherever we are working, and balancing home and work lives to enable us to be the best version of ourselves!
Balance is our new hybrid way of working, giving us choice in how we want to work. We combine working from home and working from the office to help you get the balance that will enable you to be your best.
Our office is a hub for getting together, for bonding with our colleagues, and for collaboration and creativity, and the space has been designed with this in mind.

Giving back
We care about the causes that matter to you and we recognise that charities rely heavily on fundraising, so whenever you raise money for a charity, we will match what you raise. If it’s important to you then its important to us.
We make it easy to give to charity by providing salary sacrifice schemes that make your donations go further, and we donate the pennies from our salary to Rainbows Hospice for young people, a charity chosen by our people.
We also recognise that giving your time is just as important, so we offer two paid days off per year for you to volunteer for a charitable cause close to your heart.
