The land is approached, coming from the M5, along the A4123 (0.7 miles), then turn left onto Newbury Lane, continue along for 0.8 miles to the traffic lights and turn right onto. Portway Hill. The land is at the top of the hill on the right hand side 0.4 miles from Newbury Lane, 100 yards from south of the Lye Cross Road junction.
