Continue approximately 150 yards until the end of the lane where you will see a footbridge on the right hand side. Cross the footbridge and proceed up the incline along the footpath to the property.
The vendor advises us that there is vehicular access to the cottage, albeit through a ford and along an unmade track. Interested parties are advised to make their own enquiries in this regard.
