Perhaps the most straight forward approach is from Breadsall
village proceeding along Moor Lane, pass Breadsall Priory on the left hand side
and continue up to Brackley Gate.  At the
T-junction turn left following the road round to the right, through a double
bend and after some quarter of a mile the access to the fields is immediately
ahead where the road forks – Sandy Lane to the right, Horsley Park Farm access
drive to the left.

with the auctioneers before the sale that the property is neither sold nor
withdrawn.

The purchaser will also be
deemed to have read and understood the auction conduct notes printed within the
sale catalogue.

need to register within the auction room before the sale commences.  Two items of identity will be required together
with an indication of how a contractual deposit will be paid.  We do not take cash or credit card deposits.
