Planning consent was approved by Cheshire West & Chester
Council under application number 12/05/483/FUL and if built in accordance with

garages and a brick built cycle store.

Directions

Leave the M6 via the A54 heading west as signposted for Middlewich

on the A54 for approximately 300 yards before bearing right across the dual
carriageway, and then bear left into High Street.  Continue for a short distance before turning
right into Siddorn Street and the land can then be located on the right hand
