Directions

The approach from Derby is via the A514
passing through the suburbs of Osmaston and Allenton, through Chellaston and at
the roundabout with the A50 proceed straight ahead towards Swarkestone.  Follow the road along travelling over
Swarkestone Bridge through Stanton-by-Bridge and continue to the village of
Melbourne.  Continue through the market
town of Melbourne and continue out as signposted for Breedon on the Hill on
Blackwell Lane.  Continue past Breedon
Priory Golf Centre through the village of Wilson and on entering Breedon on
Main Street, bear right into Melbourne Lane, where the property can be located
by our for sale by auction board.
