Land

Property Description

An infrequent opportunity to acquire an excellent field of almost 4.5 acres within a hillside situation behind Hillside Cottage, approached by initially a shared driveway but mostly with exclusive use for the benefit of the field concerned. The land has a westerly slope and is well drained. There is a mains water supply.

The land has been used for some time for equestrian purposes and is ideally suited to that purpose. It is however suited to other forms of agricultural or amenity use, and there is opportunity to construct stabling or other buildings to serve the land, subject to any necessary planning permission.

Viewing

Direct on site during daylight hours.

Directions

If approaching from the Bulls Head public house direction, proceed for about quarter of a mile to find a left hand driveway turning marked Hillsides. Where the drive splits keep to the left hand side and park in front of the gate which is the access to the field concerned. If approaching from Blackbrook, proceed up Dalley Lane for almost half a mile and the drive to Hillsides is just after The Homestead on the right hand side.
