Property Description

DRAFT DETAILS ONLY.

Situated north of the village of Oakerthorpe on the B6013, an opportunity to acquire an enclosed area of cleared and level site extending to just over one fifth of an acre, having good road frontage with a recessed vehicular access. The land contains one or two hard standings and has potential for some sectional building. Any form of development however will require planning consent for which enquiry should made of the local planning authority.

It is believed that the site formerly contained a row of cottages which have long since been removed. There are pleasant views southwards over open countryside.

Location

The land is situated to the east side of the B6013 (Oakerthorpe-Higham Road), about 100 yards beyond the Amber Hotel but on the opposite side of the road.
