The property is believed to date back to 1892 and is of traditional brick construction being part single and part two storey. The main roof is pitched with a slate tile covering with parapet to the front and side elevations. There are single and two storey additions to the rear. The windows are a mix of uPVC frames with double glazed infills and timber frames with single glazing. The ground floor provides entrance lobby with accessible WC off, second lobby leading to a kitchen with thermoplastic tiled floor, LED strip lighting, fitted units and stainless steel sink with drainer. Off the kitchen is a further lobby providing access to WC and boiler room.
