Property Description

DRAFT DETAILS ONLY

Newmanleys Road lies to the south side of Eastwood and the A610, and is conveniently situated for access into Eastwood and for contact further afield.

The opportunity arises to acquire a paddock or parcel of agricultural land, presently laid to grass and suitable for grazing purposes, bounded by a brook on the south side and having vehicular access from Newmanleys Road to which it also has a short road frontage.

No alternative planning consents are in force or have been sought.  It would seem that the land forms an ideal paddock for horses, agricultural or other use, and is being sold with vacant possession.

Directions

From the centre of Eastwood proceed from the traffic lights along Church Drive all the way to the extremity of the road, crossing over the A610 fly-over and then following the road round to the left hand side.  Continue for some quarter of a mile and the property will be found on the left.
