Prospective buyers must make all necessary independent enquiries in this respect for their specific, intended use prior to placing their bid, as this will be binding.

We are informed that the land is Freehold and that there is a right of way by foot highlighted in green on the plan shown in our marketing and within the legal pack. The plots are sold subject to the plans in the legal packs.

The Auctioneers have not measured or inspected the land however we are informed that the plots form part of a much larger land site which starts at a point in Garden Lane then extends up towards a local concrete works.

Freehold. Vacant possession upon completion.

The sale of this property will take place on the stated date by way of Auction Event and is being sold as Unconditional with Fixed Fee (England and Wales).
