Property Description

DRAFT DETAILS ONLY- AWAITING VENDOR APPROVAL

Numbers 17-22 Hilltop form a short cul-de-sac off the Mansfield Road, and the site lies at the rear of numbers 20 and 21, in the far left hand corner.

As is evident from the site plan, the land area is extensive, and lies in the contents of residential housing of some popularity.

Planning Consent has been won on appeal for two detached dwellings, and is in outline.  It is considered that three bedroomed detached houses of reasonable size can be accommodated, and probably four bedrooms of two and a half storey design.  Potential buyers will need to make enquiries of the local planning authority however.  The site is mature and essentially non-overlooked.

Planning Details

Outline planning permission has been granted by the Planning Inspectorate on an appeal decision dated 7th July 2009.  A copy of the appeal decision notice is available on request.

Directions

From the City centre proceed to the Pentagon island and take the first exit onto Sir Frank Whittle Road.  at the next island take the first exit onto Mansfield Road, passing through the traffic lights at the Meteor centre and continuing up the hill.  Passing Stratford Road and Bishops Drive on the right hand side, the entrance to numbers 17-22 Hilltop will be found as the next turning on the right hand side.
