Property Description:

Enjoying countryside views is a mostly renovated and extended stylish three bedroomed detached property set on approximately third of an acre plot with a number of outbuildings and is conveniently positioned for Burton and Derby.

The current owners have spent considerable time and effort refurbishing the property and it requires some finishing touches. The property has the benefit of air source heat pump providing underfloor heating to the majority of the ground floor and in brief the accommodation consists of entrance hall with cloaks, guest wc, staircase to first floor, a refitted kitchen diner measuring 29' in length with built in appliances, this room opens up to a snug with beautiful countryside views and a generous sized front sitting room with bay window. Located further off from the kitchen is a utility room with opening through to a garden room which we are informed by the seller used to be a snooker room. The first floor landing leads to a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, luxury refitted en-suite shower room, two further well proportioned bedrooms and a contemporary style bathroom with four piece suite. Outside to the front there is ample off road parking and there are well kept gardens that wrap around the property with a number of outbuildings including a container, kennels and summerhouse.
