Building Plot

Property Description

 GUIDE PRICE: £90,000 +

Fairbourne Drive is a quiet cul-de-sac located off Inglewood Avenue, convenient for local facilities and ease of access into the City centre.  The plot occupies a mature site and provides a scarce opportunity to acquire a good quality plot in the context of mature and established residential location of significant popularity.

The plot is part of the garden of number 25 Fairbourne Drive.  It is a secluded corner position and bordered on two sides by a ribbon of woodland.  It is understood that the trees are part of a preservation order.  Services are understood to be available in the public road but purchasers should make their own enquiries.

Planning Details

Outline planning was approved by Derby City Council on 8th January 2009 under reference DER/09/08/01287/PRI.  A copy of the decision notice is available from the auctioneers on request.

Directions

From the City centre proceed along Uttoxeter Road into Mickleover, turning right at the traffic island (Nags Head P.H./petrol filling station) into Station Road.  Continue for some half mile before turning left into Inglewood Avenue.  Follow the road round to the right and Fairbourne Drive is the second turning on the right.  The plot will be found on the left hand side just before the bend in the road.
