Leave Derby via the A38 heading north and eventually leave the A38 as signposted for Ripley.  Follow the A610 which is the third turning off the roundabout as signposted for Codnor and Heanor.  Proceed straight ahead at the two mini roundabouts and then at the roundabout with Sainsburys on the right hand side take the second exit towards Ripley town centre.  After a short distance Victoria Street is the first turning on the left hand side and the site is situated on the left hand side as denoted by our for sale board.
