From the M1 take the A14 towards Kettering and before reaching Kettering exit left signposted Rothwell and Desborough.  Take the B576 through Rothwell and into Desborough entering Desborough along Rothwell Road.  In the centre of Desborough turn right onto High Street and then immediately onto Station Road where the property will be found on the right hand side identified by our auction board.
