Land

Property Description:

The site comprises an irregular shaped parcel of land accessed via Hempstead Road and running along the A148 in Holt. The land comprises tress to the boundary with shrubs and grass covering the majority. We have been advised there is Japanese Knotweed on the site. This has been treated on a 4-year program to eradicate it. We have been advised the programme is now in its 4th Year and information regarding this is within the legal pack. This means most of the expense to eradicate the plant has been spent already by the Current owner. We feel the land may be suitable for creation of a small housing scheme or a community centre all subject to obtaining appropriate planning consent.

The site is located in Holt approximately 20 Miles North of Norwich.
