PAP/2015/0161 granted by the Council on 22nd April 2015 and that a further application to vary conditions Ref. PAP2017/0212 was granted on 1st June 2017.
Interested parties must make their own enquiries of the Local Planning Authority (North Warwickshire Borough Council) in respect of planning, confirmation as to the status that the various planning permissions and independently satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the site for any development or use they may propose.
