The property is situated off Manor Rise, in a predominantly residential locality about a mile from Stone town centre. Other centres such as Stafford, Stoke on Trent and Uttoxeter are about 7.5, 8.5 and 14.5 miles respectively whilst Stone Railway Station is about 1.5 miles.
