Land

Property Description:

A unique opportunity to purchase a square plot of elevated land benefitting from both pedestrian and vehicular access from the main B5121 Brynford Hill and enjoying some lovely views out towards the Dee Estuary. Intriguingly the land which is fenced and gated is actually a previous water tank reservoir and still retains a hatch access from the land surface fully equipped we believe with ladders which lead down. Sales of such rare and interesting units like this are not common and should be of interest to a wide variety of prospective buyers.

Auctioneers Note:

The auctioneers have not accessed the water tank internally and cannot vouch for its overall size although we believe it to be of concrete construction. Internal viewings will not be possible.

Directions:

From Holywell take the B5121 signed Brynford and proceed up the hill. The reservoir will be on the left hand side after approx. one mile. The land is located before the pet cemetery or A55 underpass. There is a metal gate providing a right of way to the land. Prospective purchasers are advised to park by the gate and walk across.

Tenure:

Freehold. Vacant possession upon completion.
