Location

The site, which fronts onto Station Street, is situated in a prominent position in Atherstone Town Centre close to the Bus Station and the main retail area.
Other centres such as Tamworth, Nuneaton, Sutton Coldfield, Measham and Birmingham, are about 8, 5 ½ , 15, 14 and 21 ½ miles respectively whilst Junction 10 of the M42 Motorway is about 5 miles away.

The property is situated in Atherstone and any planning enquiries should be directed to the Local Planning Authority, North Warwickshire Borough Council.
We are informed that planning permission (Ref NW86/1530) for the erection of a Doctors Surgery, Shop and Office Over was granted by North Warwickshire Borough Council on 10th November 1988, subject to conditions. We are further informed that as the adjoining Doctor Surgery element of the scheme was constructed the local planning authority are of the view that this planning permission was implemented and have expressed the view that the planning permission for the development of the element of the site being sold in accordance with approved plans and decision notice Ref NW86/1530 remains extant but that if a revised scheme were proposed this could require planning permission.
The property is also understood to be within the Atherstone Conservation Area.
