Full detailed planning consent was approved by Amber Valley Borough Council in May 2015 under reference AVA/2015/0191 and AVA/2015/0183.

Directions

Exit the M1 at junction 28 and take the A38 south towards Derby.  Exit the A38 following the signs for Somercotes and take the B600 through Somercotes and Leabrooks and eventually into Riddings.  On entering the village along Greenhill Lane eventually turn left onto High Street where the land will be found on the left hand side shortly before leaving the village on the edge of open countryside.
