The approach from Derby is via the A608 heading North out of Derby passing through Breadsall hilltop, and out in to open countryside through Morley and Smalley and in to Heanor. Follow the road to Ilkeston and pass through Shipley until entering Ilkeston, turn left in to Church Street, proceed to the bottom of Church Street to the roundabout and turn left in to Skeavingtons Lane, proceed along Skeavingtons Lane and then the site is situated on the left hand side as denoted by our 'for sale by auction' board.
