Property Description

A former Club House, built circa 1950, comprising two connecting properties, which is a single storey prefabricated concrete clad building, surmounted by a pitched asbestos sheet roof, which was extended in 1974 with a large traditional building of brick and block construction surmounted by a flat felted roof.
The property comprises a typical working men's/social club with an entrance lobby providing access to male and female WCs and changing rooms, a large concert hall and bar. To the rear of the concert hall there is a smaller function room, set around a central bar leading through to a smaller member's bar and snooker room with two snooker tables. There are further male and female WCs and committee room toward the rear of the property. Underneath the central bar area is a cellar which appears to be in good condition and relatively dry.
There is a self-contained patio area accessed via the rear function room, along the western boundary. The front car park, which can accommodate approximately 15 cars, is of tarmacadam surface, with a much larger rear car park made up of compacted aggregate. There is a palisade fence along the rear perimeter with a wire mesh fence along the frontage.
