What is Graham Penny Auctions?
Originally established in 2006, Graham Penny Auctions was based in the East Midlands and was the number one property auctioneers in the area. It held this esteemed title for an impressive 10 consecutive years, before it later went on to become SDL Graham Penny.
While still operating under its first name, Graham Penny Auctions held more than 20 auctions each year across Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. During its first 10 years of operation, from 2006 to 2016, it raised over £465m for clients and sold more than 4,800 lots, becoming an invaluable asset for the local property market, while remaining a trustworthy auctioneer for sellers and buyers alike.
With SDL Property Auctions continuing the high levels of service that Graham Penny Auctions established during its time before and after its acquisition, we’re proud to carry its history as we continue to grow.
